Description
The secret to producing a fabulous White Silver Needle tea like this comes with the selection and handcrafted processing of the fresh unopened buds.Yin Zhen tastes delicate with fine floral notes. If the correct water temperature of 80C is used to brew the tea, the infusion will almost be colourless.
For the production of Silver Needle only the most beautiful, aromatic buds of the Pai Hao tea plant are picked. Because this tea does not really become bitter, the leaves do not necessarily need to be strained from the brew.
Add some Silver Needle buds to a tea glass, pour 80C hot water over them and leave for 2-3 min to infuse. The tea leaves will slowly move to the bottom and you can drink the tea from the top. The tea leaves can be re-infused 2 to 3 times.
