Description
Marvellous fragrant Jasmine married with fine green tea creates one of the most traditional flavoured green teas.
In early summer when the tea plants thrive at their best, the fine, youngest leaves are picked.
After harvesting the leaves are flavoured with fresh Jasmine petals in a three times repeated process.
After each flavouring process the petals are picked out by hand and replaced by new and fresh petals until the green tea has taken on the flowery fragrance of the Jasmine.
The dark green leaf is finely marbled with white leaf buds.
Mild, slightly tart tea with a wonderful fragrant flowery Jasmine note.
The brewed cup shows a bright light yellow colour.
