All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.
When paying by credit card you can choose to pay in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros.
Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s). Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.
In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

We accept payment in the following ways:
1. By credit and debit card – MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Our credit card payments are handled securely by WorldPay. If you choose to pay in a currency other than UK Pounds WorldPay will convert the amount using their prevailing rate.
2. PayPal via WorldPay.
We will not normally charge your credit card until your order is ready to dispatch.
UK delivery is free.
Delivery throughout Europe and the Rest of the World costs £8.50.
We do not ship to Germany and Austria please visit www.puretea.de if you wish to order from those countries .
We do not ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein please visit www.puretea.ch if you wish to order from those countries.
Overseas orders up to 2kg in weight are shipped using Air Mail or Tracked and Signed Air Mail depending on destination.
Although many deliveries will be faster, please allow 10 – 14 days for delivery.
We will do our best to advise you of any delays
Please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping costs on orders over 2KG to destinations outside the UK.
We may choose to substitute Courier deliveries for Royal Mail Special Delivery or vice-versa where appropriate. For example where the compensation is higher with one delivery method versus the other.
Returns and exchanges
We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible. We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened – unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If you need to contact us our offices are open (Monday to Friday), 9.00am – 5.00pm, outside those hours you can either leave a message on the answer phone or e-mail us using the contact details specified on Contact Us. Calls are free within the UK. We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Company reg. no. 04677912
